8 Day Adventure of Magnificent Wales

Experience the best of Wales with an intimate group of no more than 18 guests, where every moment is personal, unhurried, and unforgettable. Your journey begins in Cardiff, the vibrant Welsh capital, with a welcoming dinner to kick off the adventure. The next day, explore the Welsh Valleys and Brecon Beacons National Park, including the historic Caerleon Roman Fortress and Baths and, time permitting, the Big Pit National Coal Museum. Return to your hotel for a relaxed group dinner, sharing stories of the day.

Travel north to marvel at the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and wander through the evocative Valle Crucis Abbey before enjoying a traditional afternoon tea. On the rugged North Welsh Coast, evenings are yours to explore or unwind. In Llandudno and Conwy, choose between Conwy Castle and medieval walls or the whimsical “smallest house in Great Britain,” all set amidst cosy cafes and historic pubs.

Capture a photo at the famously long-named village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, then visit Caernarfon Castle and journey through Snowdonia National Park. In the Rheidol Valley, a historic narrow-gauge train winds through stunning mountains, lakes, and forests. Dive deeper into Wales’ heritage with the National Wool Museum and Castell Henllys Iron Age Village before arriving in picturesque Pembrokeshire.

Continue through scenic countryside to Tenby, a charming fortified fishing village, and St Davids, Britain’s smallest city, to explore its cathedral and bishop’s palace. Celebrate the journey with a final group dinner before returning to Cardiff for a farewell visit to St Fagans National Museum of History, reflecting on the unforgettable landscapes, culture, and history you’ve experienced. With just 18 guests, this small-group tour ensures personal attention, relaxed travel, and a truly immersive Welsh experience.
