Are the meeting points easy to find?
Yes. All departure points are within walking distance of tube or bus stations and are easy to reach by taxi. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time. Late arrivals can join at the first scheduled stop, but refunds are not issued for missed departures.
How will I identify the vehicle?
Depending on the day, the tour uses 8 or 16-seater executive vehicles. The guide/driver will greet you at the meeting point, holding a sign with the tour name and will have a list of passenger names to check off.
How much time is spent at each stop?
Oxford: Approximately 2 hours including a guided walking tour of colleges and the Divinity School, with some free time to explore independently.
Cotswolds: 4–5 hours visiting Burford, Bibury, and Stow-on-the-Wold, including photo stops and an optional 45–60 minute country pub lunch.
Are entry fees included?
Entry to the Divinity School in Oxford is included. The country pub lunch is optional and can be added to your booking.
Is food and drink included?
Optional lunch in a traditional country pub with a drink can be included when booking. Otherwise, you have free time in the villages to make your own arrangements.
Can I bring food or drinks onboard the vehicle?
Hot food or beverages are not allowed due to safety and cleanliness reasons (except for sealed reusable thermal cups). Cold drinks with screw-top lids are permitted. Please take all litter with you.
How much walking is involved?
The Oxford walking tour lasts 60–90 minutes. In the Cotswolds, there are short walks in each village and at photo stops. Executive touring vehicles access areas that large coaches cannot.
What should I wear?
British weather is changeable. Dress in layers, bring a waterproof jacket or umbrella, and wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking.
How many people will be on the tour?
Maximum of 16 participants for a small and friendly group experience.
Do I need to tip the guide or driver?
Tips are optional. If you choose to tip, 10% is customary in the UK.
What time will we return to London?
The tour aims to return to London around 6:30pm. All times are approximate and dependent on traffic. The drop-off is at Victoria Train Station, which has excellent connections across the city.
