Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get physical tickets?
No need—your email confirmation/voucher is enough. For certain tours (e.g., Harry Potter Studios, Paris), your tickets will be handed to you by our on-site representative.
Do you cancel tours for rain?
Nope! Rain won’t cancel tours. Dress for the weather and be prepared for surprises.
What if my tour includes a meal and I have allergies?
Vegetarian options are always available. For allergies or special diets, tell us before and after booking. We cannot guarantee a nut-free environment for severe allergies.
Can you pick me up from my hotel?
Generally no—please meet us 15 minutes before departure at the tour meeting point:
- Regular tours: Victoria Coach Station, 164 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1W 9TP
- Stonehenge Sunrise/Sunset: Millennium Gloucester Hotel, Kensington, SW7 4LH
- Paris tours: St Pancras International, N1C 4QP (in front of Le Pain Quotidien)
- UK Rail Tours: Euston Station, NW1 2DU
Are Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Train Station the same?
Nope—they’re separate buildings, about 10 minutes apart.
How do I find my coach?
Meet our staff 15 minutes before departure inside the station. They wear hi-vis vests and carry clipboards—they’ll guide you to the coach.
Is there water or a toilet on the coach?
No bottled water provided, and most coaches don’t have toilets. Facilities are available at stops. Tell us if you need frequent breaks.
Can I bring luggage?
Yes, usually in the coach compartment. For tours with vehicle changes, check with us first.
Are coaches wheelchair/mobility scooter accessible?
Coaches are not fully accessible. Foldable scooters are fine if they fit in the luggage compartment. London Eye cannot accommodate wheelchairs through our tours.
Are seats reserved?
Seats are first-come, first-served. Contact us if you need front seats due to motion sickness or mobility—staff will note it.
Can I eat or drink on the coach?
No hot food or drinks. Cold snacks and bottled water are fine.
I left something on the coach. What do I do?
Email us with details. Lost property is kept for 30 days, then donated or destroyed. Items can be posted to you at your expense.
