We visit Oxford first, where your tour guide will lead you on a walking tour. This walking tour, will show you some of the city’s most iconic buildings and historic sites. After picking everyone up in London, we’ll head northwest toward Oxford. Throughout the journey, your tour guide will keep you entertained with fascinating stories about the local area and the sights you pass along the way.

Exploring Oxford

Upon arrival in Oxford, your guide will lead you on a walking tour of the city’s highlights. Afterward, you’ll have a couple of hours of free time to explore on your own. Wander the historic streets and visit some of the city’s beautiful, old buildings, walking the same paths as great minds like Albert Einstein, Aung San Suu Kyi, Adam Smith, and J.R.R. Tolkien.

Tip: If you wish to visit Christ Church or the Bodleian Library, it’s highly recommended that you book your tickets in advance.

On to Cambridge

At this point, we will depart from Oxford and head to our next destination: Cambridge. As meeting times can vary, please pay close attention to your tour guide’s instructions on the day.

Upon arrival in Cambridge, your tour guide will take you to the Church of St Mary the Great. Here, you’ll climb the Tower for breathtaking views of the city; the cost of entry is already included. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore the city and its renowned university, which boasts famous alumni such as David Attenborough, Charles Darwin, Isaac Newton, and Chinese poet Xu Zhimo.

The Return to London

After our visit to Cambridge, we’ll begin our return journey to London. We anticipate our arrival back in central London around this time. Please note that timings may vary depending on traffic and other factors. We will drop you off near London Bridge station, a major transport hub with easy access to trains, the Underground, and buses. Your tour guide will be happy to assist with any public transport advice you may need.
