Discover Turkish treasures on a trip that packs in fine beaches, awesome ruins, Gallipoli, coastal resorts, the chance to enjoy a gulet cruise on the Med and stunning Cappadocia.

Day 1
Welcome to Turkey! Arrive Istanbul and transfer to hotel in Sultanahmet. Rest of day free.
Overnight - Istanbul.

Day 2 - Istanbul
Enjoy a tour of old Istanbul. Rest of day free. Tonight, we enjoy a group Welcome Dinner at a
typical Turkish restaurant. Dinner and overnight - Istanbul.

Day 3 - Istanbul – Gallipoli
Today, we enjoy a visit to battle-scarred Gallipoli. Lunch and overnight - Gallipoli

Day 4 - Gallipoli – Kusadasi
At Troy we visit the Trojan Horse and ruins. En route to Kusadasi, we explore the ruins of Pergamum. Dinner and overnight - Kusadasi

Day 5 - Kusadasi
Today, we explore the legendary Roman ruins of Ephesus, visit Selcuk Museum and a leather manufacturer. Dinner and overnight - Kusadasi

Days 6 - 9 - Kusadasi – Koycegiz - Fethiye
On day 6, we visit the cotton castles of Pamakkule and the ruins of Roman Hieropolis before heading to lakeside Koycegiz where we enjoy dinner. On day 7, we cruise the Dalyan River to Turtle Beach for swimming, lunch and fun at the mud baths. En route to Fethiye on day 8, we visit Kayakoyu. On day 9, we’ve a free day to enjoy swimming and relaxing. Overnight (2) - Koycegiz, (2)-Fethiye. (Meals as indicated)

Day 10 - Fethiye – Antalya
At Saklikent Gorge we can opt to tube the rapids. We then visit a carpet manufacturer en route to Antalya. Overnight – Antalya

Day 11 - Antalya – Konya
Today, we visit the Roman ruins of Perge and Aspendos. We continue to Konya, a town on the Anatolian steppe. Dinner and overnight - Konya

Days 12 - 13 - Konya - Cappadocia
En route to Cappadocia, we visit Mevlana Whirling Dervish Museum, some ancient caravanserai’s and the beautiful Ihlara Valley. An optional and fun Turkish folklore evening is available tonight. On day 13, enjoy a tour of the stunning Cappadocia region and dinner. Overnight (2) - Cappadocia region

Day 14 - Cappadocia – Istanbul
Via Ankara to Istanbul, we visit the Ancient Civilisation’s Museum. Overnight - Istanbul

Day 15 - Istanbul
After breakfast tour ends. Choice of 2 airport transfers (0630hrs and 1430hrs) on day tour ends
