Planning to travel on in Europe after the Running of the Bulls? Then why not take our one-way special tour to Pamps! at our fabulous camp at Estella.
You pay for a 6 day tour but instead of heading back to London on the 8th, you have the option to stay on and party with us for an extra night free of charge.
Day 1 Tuesday 3rd July 2007
Depart London
Check in at Paddington Station, Eastbourne Terrace, for the morning departure to Dover for the ferry. All 6-day (one way special) coaches depart London at 11.00am. Check in at 10.30am. We drive to Dover and cross on the ferry to Calais. Once in France we take a leisurely drive south, through the Loire Valley towards sunny Spain. All our coaches are full executive, complete with stereo, video and toilet.
Day 2 Wednesday 4th July 2007
ARRIVE AND CHILL OUT IN ESTELLA
We enter Spain after dawn. Climb the Basque Pyrenees and then drive around Pamplona onto Estella camp (about 35km from Pamps). We arrive at our terrific camping ground in plenty of time to work on our suntans by the pool. Maybe spend the day in the medieval townships or get into the San Fermin atmosphere at the camp's bar. There's no need to worry about putting up the tents as they'll be up when you arrive or if you have pre-booked a dorm your bed will be waiting.
Day 3 Thursday 5th July 2007
SAN SEBASTIAN AND PRE PAMPS PARTY AT ESTELLA
After breakfast we offer an excursion to the ritzy beach resort of San Sebastian. Here you’ll have the day free to do some sightseeing around one of Spain’s premier beach resorts as well as maybe hitting one or two of its 400 Tapas bars! Late afternoon we head back to camp at Estella for our famous annual Pre Pamps Party. We always begin the fiesta a day earlier with our exclusive evening party by the pool. With live music and plenty of sangria – it is a great way to begin a massive party week.
Day 4 Friday 6th July 2007
SAN FERMIN OPENING DAY!
Feeling brave? You'll need to be because at dawn our coaches roll into Now the serious fun starts! After breakfast we transfer you into Pamplona with plenty of time to get your position for amazing opening ceremony. The party atmosphere in Pamplona this afternoon is truly incredible and you'll be right in the middle of it!! At noon the rocket goes off to signal the start of the fiesta of San Fermin - and what follows is truly amazing. We provide a choice of free shuttles departures from Pamplona back to the camp later in the afternoon.
Day 5 Saturday 7th July 2007
Running of the Bulls and time to move on???
Feeling brave? You’ll need to be because at dawn our coaches roll into town for the first running - as always - on the 7th of the 7th. After the run, head back to camp for breakfast and then you have the choice to either recover in the sun by the pool during the afternoon or head back to Pamps to continue the party.
Our 6 day coaches based at Estella depart for London at 7.00pm this evening with an 8.00pm pick up in Pamplona. However you have the choice of either jumping on board and being dropped off in San Sebastian (cost 15euros) or staying on for one or two nights extra for free!
Day 6 Sunday 8th July 2007
Another Running of the Bulls and departure
Another early start for another chance to run with the bulls. Return to camp for breakfast and pack your gear. Our 7-day coaches depart London early afternoon. We offer a San Sebastian drop off (cost 15euros) or make your own onward travel arrangements. You can stay this night free as well. Note all people in tents will be moved to a dorm for this evening. There is no shuttles into Pamplona this afternoon or evening and no breakfast will be provided on Monday the 10th.
