Morzine, France arguably
the best ski domain in Europe.
Morzine is in the centre of the largest
internationally linked ski area in the world.
The vast Portes du Soleil offers an immense
variety of runs for all standards of skier
and snowboarder, with 650km of pistes and
more than 260 lifts spanning 13 linked resorts
in France and Switzerland. Although a traditional
alpine village with a delightful Savoyard
atmosphere, Morzine operates as a 'state
of the art' ski resort, welcoming visitors
with a superb range of après-ski.
As well as restaurants, nightclubs, bars,
shops and the local market, there are, snow
scooters, ice skating and national league
ice hockey matches, husky rides, cinemas,
sleigh rides, swimming pools and floodlit
skiing.

Luxury coach :
We take you direct from London straight to your
Alpine resort of Morzine - Leaving at 5pm every
Friday evening and returning 9 days later on the
Sunday mid day - be prepared for more than a week
of Snow Trip snow madness!! avoiding all the hassle
of getting to airports, Airports themselves, baggage
handling and transfers. Also a safe passage for
your own equipment with no extra charge! We get
you into the party spirit from the word GO!
7 breakfasts and 6 evening
meals
Back by popular demand, each evening meal will
have two courses and will be themed from around
the World. Try fantastic food from France, Mexico,
Switzerland, Italy, India and more....
All your bedding
(please bring your own towel)
Chalet Catherine is situated on the river bank,
just below the village centre. The Super Morzine
telecabine is 425m away and the Pleney telecabine
is 975m. Amenities include main lounge/dining
area and there is a video lounge on the first
floor and a guests' kitchen.

When you get in from the slopes from the slopes
every night.
8 days of skiing
This is achieved because we get you onto the slopes
on Saturday afternoon of your arrival and you
can also ski on the Saturday of your departure
as we do not leave until the evening. (Saturdays
are very quiet as most people have to transfer
and catch planes). That i s
where you benefit.
In-house chalet guides will be available on site
to assist you / entertain you - it's your call.

Whats
Extra.......
Despite the huge amount that The Backpacker
Tour Co does organise, there are the usual
expected extras which still need to be dealt
with. However, our ski team are always available
to help and will ensure that you are fully
organised before you leave.
The main extras to consider are;
Lift pass
From £10 per day! This is organised on your
arrival. Different passes are available depending
on how much time you want to spend on the slopes.
Ski lessons
Optional, £8-10 per hour. We can organise
these for you on your arrival.
Equipment hire
Basic ski package - £58 for 8 days. This
is all organised on arrival unless you have your
own gear.
Clothing hire
£10 per item per week. If you do need to
hire clothing such as jackets and salopettes etc
Snowtrip have an in house selection available
for hire
W inter sports insurance
From £25. All Snowtrippers will need to have
Winters Sports Travel Insurance.
